“It’s almost 3 years since Richardson Rails and Gates designed, manufactured and installed wrought iron railings, a pedestrian gate and two remotely operated vehicle gates along the boundary of our property. They still look as good today as the day they were installed and have a big impact on the ‘kerb appeal’ and value of our home. We invited 3 local and one national firm to quote for the work. Some used ‘hard sell’ tactics or promised to beat everyone else on price. Paul Richardson didn’t do either. He took his time measuring up [he does things properly] before outlining some options, he obviously knew what he was doing. He was neither cheapest nor most expensive. We asked each firm for a list of previous installations in our area. Some of the work looked quite flimsy and / or badly finished whereas Richardson’s work was attractive, solid, and looked like it would last.
